($175 due up front as retainer and $525 at 36 weeks of pregnancy)

Birth doula care plan includes the following elements:

Birth Planning Session (2 hrs)
Labor Support (Unlimited)
Birth Attendance and Photography
Postpartum Visit (2 hrs)

These sessions include information about what to expect in labor and birth, creating a birth vision, developing a birth plan, learning how to advocate for yourself in a hospital setting, coping skills for labor, packing your hospital bag, how to navigate family dynamics during labor and birth, cocooning with your baby and the benefits of limiting technology and social contact during labor, birth, and the first few weeks postpartum, how to set boundaries, the role of the partner during labor, birth, and postpartum, and the basics of lactation and breastfeeding (more information about lactation and breastfeeding available in the Postpartum Recovery Class and in the Postpartum Doula package).

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a DONA International Candidate as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, evidence-based care is of utmost importance. I am well-versed in academic research and am committed to providing you with the most recent and accurate information.

As your doula, I strive to be Christ's hands and feet to provide a gentle and nurturing space to facilitate an empowering birth experience for you and your partner.
