Labor and Birth Education

Sign up for a personalized class about pregnancy, labor, and birth. This class includes information about healthy pregnancy care, familiarization with normal vs. abnormal pregnancy processes with action plans, labor processes, coping skills with labor, birth planning, the impact of trauma on the birthing process, birth itself, the role of the partner, how to advocate for yourself in a hospital setting, and your first hour with your newborn.

Classes are provided in your home for your comfort and convenience. Classes are offered on Monday evenings from 6:00-8:30pm and Saturday mornings from 9:00-11:30am.

Two Couples $85 per couple
