Family-Focused
As your doula, I recognize and honor that you are the expert on your family and your baby. I believe in personalized and holistic care that is sensitive to and consistent with your family's beliefs, personalities, personal preferences, cultural traditions, and spiritual orientation. Your care will address your practical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and more.

Evidence-Based
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a DONA International Candidate as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, evidence-based care is of utmost importance. I am well-versed in academic research and am committed to providing you with the most recent and accurate information.

Christ-Centered
Postpartum is a vulnerable and sacred time as you are growing into your role as a mother or father and getting to know your baby. As your doula, I strive to be Christ's hands and feet to provide a gentle and nurturing space to facilitate an empowering "fourth trimester" for you and your partner. My goal is to free you up to focus on each other and your polliwog.
